ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manger of School and Community Partnerships is a full time position responsible for the strategic design, cultivation and ongoing management of all Families Empowered school and district relationships. The Manager of School and Community Partnerships directly manages school and principal partnership activities that promote and enhance the organization's ability to serve families. S/he will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with education-related community partners (nonprofit organizations, community groups, parent groups, etc.). The Manager will also serve as a resource for staff, as well as local and national partners. Finally, the Manager will drive the organization's capacity to analyze and understand the changes in the Houston school market.

OneGoal
Program Manager
The Program Manager (PM) will primarily coordinate and execute on programming for all events and managing logistics of student and teacher data tracking in support of our schools in Houston. This includes, but is not limited to planning and managing teacher recruitment events, professional development for Program Directors and student engagement events. The Houston PM will be critical in enhancing site operations, including maintaining and managing vendor relationships, developing systems of organizational efficiency, maintaining office technology, and conducting general office management. Ultimately, the PM serves as an ambassador of OneGoal Houston, communicating frequently with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and building sustainable relationships that increase and develop OneGoal’s presence throughout the Houston community.
Development Coordinator
OneGoal seeks a disciplined, results-oriented team player to join its Houston team as Development Coordinator (DC). The DC will serve as an integral member of our development team and will be responsible for enhancing the systems and operations necessary to maximize the full team’s ability to strengthen and broaden our donor base. This role will develop, implement, and maintain protocols and operations around gift processing, donor research, and database management. The DC will play a critical role in coordinating the program and development collaboration necessary to facilitate our stewardship campaigns and ongoing visits to OneGoal classrooms. The DC will generate and refine communication to all donors and prospects as well as research new funding opportunities. Additionally, the DC will play a lead role in planning and executing the logistics associated with hosting our largeand small scale fundraising events. The DC must have an incredible attention to detail, embody our core values, and operate with a strong customer service mentality.
